Job Description

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, focusing on execution and implementation. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, HubSpot, Mailchimp, MailerLite Creative Suite, and WordPress. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content writing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Ability to manage multiple projects for internal needs and external clients simultaneously. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. A proactive attitude toward learning and staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Responsibilities: Execution for Internal Marketing (Company Growth): Implement strategies to enhance the company s organic traffic, lead generation, and online presence. Optimize the company s website with regular updates, ensuring functionality, SEO, and user experience. Create and publish engaging content, including blogs, videos, newsletters, and social media posts. Execute email marketing campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp, focusing on audience segmentation and engagement. Monitor website traffic and other KPIs using Google Analytics, generating actionable insights for improvement. Manage the company s social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, follower growth, and engagement. Execute advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads as needed. Execution for External Client Services: Implement digital marketing strategies tailored to each client s business goals and industry. Perform SEO tasks for client websites, including keyword optimization, content updates, and backlink building. Execute social media campaigns for clients, both organic and paid, ensuring targeted reach and engagement. Create reports using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics to show performance and ROI for clients. Manage email campaigns for clients, focusing on improving open rates and click-through rates. Coordinate with designers, developers, and writers to ensure timely delivery of all client project components. Keep client websites updated, optimized, and aligned with their brand and marketing goals. Requirements: A hands-on professional with at least 2 years of proven execution experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in executing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms. Strong command of SEO, social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. Should be team player.
