Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Digital Marketing Executive (Coordinator) to act as a bridge between our internal team (primarily the Director) and our external digital marketing agency. This role is not execution-heavy but coordination-driven, ensuring smooth communication, internal presentation, and data management. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate between the company’s Director and the digital marketing agency to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies. • Assist in reviewing and presenting digital marketing plans, reports, and creatives to the management team. • Maintain and update marketing-related data in Excel sheets, including listings, performance metrics, and campaign tracking. • Support with basic in-house digital marketing tasks as required, such as content proofreading, post approvals, and scheduling. • Ensure deadlines are met and communication flows smoothly between internal and external stakeholders. • Proficient in Canva – must be able to design clean, professional presentations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing coordination, client servicing, or project management (internships also considered). • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
