About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media management, community engagement, and SEO. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage digital campaigns, and analyze data to drive marketing effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter Monitor engagement and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries Community Management: Foster and grow online communities around the brand Engage with followers and support brand awareness and loyalty Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies Monitor website performance using SEO tools Google Analytics & UTM Tracking: Set up and monitor UTM parameters for campaign tracking Analyze digital performance data and prepare regular reports Design & Content Creation: Create visually appealing graphics using Canva Basic knowledge of Photoshop for minor editing tasks Basic video editing skills are preferred for reels, shorts, and promotional content Requirements: 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends Proven experience with SEO tools and techniques Familiarity with Google Analytics and UTM link creation Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus Basic video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory) Excellent communication and time management skills Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote environment What We Offer: Flexible remote working environment Opportunity to work on diverse campaigns Room to grow and develop new skills Collaborative and supportive team culture Show more Show less
