About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms 2. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and website ranking 3. Manage and grow social media accounts by developing engaging content and tracking performance 4. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other platforms 5. Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives 6. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest digital trends and algorithm changes 7. Implement email marketing strategies and automation campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar 8. Assist in lead generation strategies through paid and organic channels 9. Optimize landing pages and user funnels for maximum conversion Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B/B2C environment 3. Proven experience in running PPC campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.) 4. Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) 5. Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment 8. Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus Key skills: 1. Demonstrate SEO and SEM expertise 2. Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube with hands-on experience 3. Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) effectively Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory): 1. Google Ads Certification 2. Google Analytics Certification 3. Meta Blueprint Certification 4. HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification 5.
