We are currently seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and drive our online marketing initiatives. As part of a fast-paced tech environment, you'll be responsible for amplifying our digital presence, generating leads, and contributing to our growth strategy. Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Executive at Kloudbricks Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a critical role in driving our digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, content creation, and social media. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand visibility in the IT services sector, generating qualified leads, and optimizing our online marketing efforts to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a passion for technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities: SEO & SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for targeted keywords related to IT services. Conduct comprehensive keyword research specific to the IT industry, focusing on high-value search terms. Manage Google Ads and other paid search campaigns, continuously optimizing for conversions, lead generation, and cost-efficiency. Work on on-page and off-page SEO to drive website traffic and improve visibility on search engines. Content Creation & Strategy: Develop technical and non-technical content that resonates with our target audience (B2B clients, decision-makers, and IT managers). Write and optimize blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and landing pages that highlight the value of our IT services. Collaborate with the technical team to create content that clearly explains our products, services, and industry expertise. Social Media Marketing: Build and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with our online community (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). Share industry insights, thought leadership, and success stories that highlight the impact of our IT solutions. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor social media mentions of the company. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to capture high-quality leads for our IT services. Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and forms to increase lead conversions from organic and paid traffic. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeted at potential clients in the IT and tech sectors. Create personalized, engaging email content that drives leads and supports the customer journey. Monitor and optimize email campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, and conversions. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other digital marketing software to track campaign performance and website traffic. Prepare and present monthly reports on key performance metrics such as web traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data insights to continually refine and improve digital marketing strategies. Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership: Promote the company's thought leadership through content marketing initiatives, webinars, and online events. Create and distribute technical content, including case studies and client success stories, to showcase the effectiveness of our IT services. Monitor and leverage industry trends and updates in the IT sector to align digital marketing efforts with the latest innovations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT or technology services industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Skills: Proficient in SEO, SEM (Google Ads), content marketing, and social media marketing. Familiarity with lead generation strategies and conversion optimization. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and tools for automation and reporting. Strong written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content that simplifies complex IT topics. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing analytics tools. Experience with B2B marketing strategies is a plus. Other: Strong interest in technology and IT services, with an understanding of the tech industry and its trends. Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical departments.
