(Channel Partner of Procter & Gamble) "P&G" Brands (Braun Gillette/ Olay / Whisper etc.) JOB TITLE Digital Marketing Executive WORK LOCATION Delhi DEPARTMENT Digital Marketing JOB BRIEF Our company requires a “Digital Marketing Executive” with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. Digital Marketing, who can lead online strategies and can oversee SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns, Can able to Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES: Ø Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Ø Understanding the Business model. Ø Design, build and maintain our social media presence by using Linked Inn, Facebook, Twitter or more Platform . Ø Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Ø Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Ø Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Ø Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Ø Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Ø Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Ø Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnel. Ø Collaborate and Coordinate with Digital Marketing agencies and other vendor partners. Ø Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Ø Maintain & Manage our Company’s website. Ø Manage & Mentor the Digital Marketing Team. SKILLS REQUIRED: Ø Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing or any certification or Diploma course in Digital marketing. Ø Possess excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and effective communication abilities. Ø Proficiency in MS-Office and Power Point Presentation. Ø Proven working experience in digital marketing. Ø Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Ø Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Ø Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Ø Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Ø Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
