Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to drive leads and conversions. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research for content optimization and website ranking. Perform on-page and off-page SEO tasks (e.g., link building, technical SEO). Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor website performance. Paid Advertising (PPC): Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Optimize ads for performance, focusing on ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and click-through rates (CTR). Content Creation & Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blogs, videos, social media posts, etc. Optimize content for engagement and lead generation. Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Create and schedule regular posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics. Email Marketing: Develop, manage, and optimize email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, etc.). Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for better engagement. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance. Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics to track success and suggest improvements. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (sales, design) to align marketing efforts. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media. Proficiency with digital marketing tools Strong skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
