Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads through various digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Develop and manage content for digital marketing campaigns, including SEO-friendly blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media posts. Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and other tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Conduct keyword research, manage SEO/SEM activities, and ensure best practices are followed to improve organic search rankings. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. Handle email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails using tools like Mailchimp or similar. Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging digital assets (banners, videos, infographics). Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, tools, and strategies. Analyze performance data and prepare reports to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media platforms. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Canva, and email marketing software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing credentials. Experience with basic graphic design and video editing tools.
