--Role & responsibilities Creative & Content Strategy - Develop and execute end-to-end creative strategy for Bodivite's product portfolio - Ensure brand consistency in storytelling, design, and communication - Oversee visual representation for performance marketing Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations Marketing & Campaign Management - Execute marketing campaigns for new product launches - Lead social media strategy, ensuring brand engagement and business growth. - Manage influencer collaborations and search for content sponsorship opportunities. Copy and Communication - Supervise all brand communication across platforms, including website, social media, and packaging - Develop persuasive messaging for advertisements and digital assets Brand Growth and Expansion - Strategize proposals for new client acquisitions and business expansion - Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer behavior Project and Team Management - Work with creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and meeting revenue targets. - Manage cross-functional projects involving branding, e-commerce, and performance marketing Preferred candidate profile - Can from Pharma industry background may be preferred. - Qualification - Graduate in Marketing / Communication / Design / Business with an MBA preferred with 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, content direction, or brand marketing in a Marketing Agency. - Technical -Proficiency in branding, digital marketing, and campaign execution, Strong understanding of design, content strategy, and performance marketing. - Strong creativity and problem-solving ability, Excellent communication and copywriting skills, Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills Perks and benefits As per Candidature Interested Candidates may apply on : gita.hr@vsinternational.co.in
