Job Summary: We are seeking a tech-savvy and innovative Digital Marketing Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting digital marketing campaigns to boost our online presence and drive patient engagement at our client offices in the US. Key Responsibilities: Design Skills: Create visually appealing graphics and content for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. Photo and Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality photos and videos for use in digital marketing campaigns and social media. Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape, with a focus on digital insights. Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and website content. SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to improve visibility and traffic. Social Media Management: Maintain and grow social media presence, engage with the audience, and manage social media advertising campaigns. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate reports to measure success and ROI. Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective digital strategies. Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role specially with US process. Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite), strong writing and communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Technical Skills: Advanced graphic design tools, Adobe Suite, familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media management, content management systems. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
