Job Title: Head of Digital Marketing Company: Rely Services Inc. Location: Pune or Mumbai (Employee's choice) Work Mode : Work From Office Experience: 15+ years of digital marketing experience, with significant B2B and B2C experience. Prior experience working with US-based clients or assignments is required. Timezone: CST (Central Standard Time) Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned digital marketing professional with 15+ years of experience in driving digital marketing success in B2B and B2C spaces. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and digital marketing strategies. The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth across our portfolio of companies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement tailored digital marketing strategies for each brand, aligning with business objectives and goals. Google Expertise: Utilize expertise in Google Analytics, Google Console, and Google algorithms to optimize website performance, improve ranking, and drive organic traffic. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform marketing decisions, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing spend. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members are equipped to achieve marketing goals. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI-driven decision making. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Remain current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics. Requirements: 15+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience: Proven track record of driving digital marketing success in B2B and B2C spaces. Google Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Console, and Google algorithms. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform marketing decisions. Digital Marketing Strategist: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth. Leadership Experience: Experience leading and managing high-performing digital marketing teams. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus. Nice to Have: Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms: Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot. Familiarity with CRM Systems: Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce. Content Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
