Key Roles: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Dive deep into data to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest actionable insights. Conduct A/B testing to enhance conversion rates and ad performance. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Keep an eagle eye on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game. Work closely with the team to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and maximize campaign efficiency. What We’re Looking For: A data-driven mindset with a passion for digital advertising. Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly. A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Bonus Points If You: Have prior experience running ad campaigns (even personal projects count!)
