Key Responsibilities Conduct LinkedIn outreach and online networking to engage potential clients and industry professionals. Generate leads through social media campaigns, email marketing, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective digital marketing strategies and proactive outreach. Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Develop and nurture relationships with clients, architects, and contractors. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and project progress using CRM tools. Qualifications Required: BBA in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a relevant field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in civil renovations/interior solutions). Strong understanding of civil construction, digital marketing strategies, and interior design. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Preferred: Experience managing high-value projects and corporate clients. Expertise in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics). Established industry network and connections.
