Position: Digital Marketing Lead / Consultant (Core Team Opportunity) Location: Kerala / Remote Engagement : Full-time / Contract What We’re Looking For We're not here to count your years of experience — we care about what you can do. If you know how to create campaigns that convert, build brand visibility, and generate real traction using the power of digital marketing, you're already the kind of person we're looking for. Job Responsibilities Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) Design and implement strong SEO strategies (on-page + off-page) Drive quality lead generation, brand awareness, and consistent traction Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns for results Ideate and contribute to creative strategies that align with business goals Use a blend of technical and non-technical marketing strategies Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and consumer behavior Work closely with the founders as a core team member, influencing growth We Value Skill over tenure – show us what you can do Hands-on experience with performance tools, SEO platforms, and analytics A creative and analytical mindset Understanding of digital marketing terms, funnels, and buyer journeys Passion, ownership, and a strong commitment to outcomes Willingness to work full-time or on a contract basis, depending on fit Why Join PaisaOnClick?
