The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing high-performing advertising campaigns across various online channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, to increase quality leads and brand awareness. This role requires a combination of analytical, creative, and strategic thinking to develop scalable and efficient campaign structures. 1.) Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms. 2.) Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility, drive quality traffic, and acquire leads. 3.) Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies to deliver maximum return on investment. 4.) Budget Management: Manage the allocated budget to maximize the ROI of each campaign. 5.) Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as content, design, PRT and admissions. Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure alignment between organic and paid search efforts.
