We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and drive online customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Companys brand, products, and services across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and business goals. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on data analysis. Digital Campaign Management: Lead PPC, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign assets. Social Media & Content: Oversee the company’s digital presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Create engaging content calendars and campaigns that reflect Company’s brand identity. Website & E-commerce: Manage the official Amartex website and online store; ensure optimal UX and conversion. Collaborate with the IT and merchandising teams to ensure product listings and promotions are up to date. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others. Prepare monthly reports and provide actionable insights. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Identify and manage collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors. Track ROI of influencer campaigns. Team Leadership & Coordination Manage a small digital marketing team and coordinate with external agencies if required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, or textiles. Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
