Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Leadership β Develop and execute 360Β° digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals β Collaborate with management to plan seasonal campaigns and promotional launches β Analyze market trends and customer behavior to fine-tune marketing efforts Performance Marketing & Paid Media β Lead and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns β Manage ad budgets and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI β Implement retargeting, lookalike, and segmented audience strategies SEO & Content Leadership β Oversee technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic β Guide the content team on travel-related topics, keywords, and content formats β Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content Social Media Strategy & Growth β Create high-impact social media strategies to boost engagement and follower growth β Supervise content planning, influencer collaborations, and community management β Monitor insights and optimize performance through regular analytics reporting. CRM & Email Marketing β Plan and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns including onboarding, offers, and re-engagement β Use CRM data to build segmented lists and personalize communications β Optimize email performance (open rate, CTR, and conversions) Marketing Automation & Tools β Set up and manage workflows using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign β Integrate marketing automation with website and lead funnels β Track lead behavior and automate follow-ups . Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration β Mentor junior digital marketing team members β Coordinate with sales, design, and web development teams for campaign execution β Share performance updates with stakeholders and suggest data-backed improvements Analytics, Reporting & Optimization β Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for advanced reporting β Conduct A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user journey improvements β Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and KPIs Online Reputation . Management & Influencer Marketing β Monitor online reviews, mentions, and customer sentiment β Manage influencer relationships and track campaign ROI β Ensure consistent and positive brand perception across platforms Requirements : β Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field β Minimum of 2-3 years of digital marketing experience (travel industry experience preferred) β Proven expertise in SEO, paid ads, social media strategy, and content planning β Strong knowledge of tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva β Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills β Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness Preferred Qualifications: β Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications β Experience in managing travel campaigns and promotions β Knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) β Basic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator) Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: βΉ20,000.00 - βΉ35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
