The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals. - Plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. - Manage and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings. - Oversee the development of marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, and case studies. - Manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement. - Develop content strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. - Manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing for maximum ROI. - Monitor and analyze web traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs using Google Analytics. - Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention. - Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives. - Coordinate with third-party agencies, freelancers, and vendors when needed. - Train and mentor junior marketing team members. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. - Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, PPC advertising, and content marketing. - Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, and Mailchimp. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
