We are now expanding our global marketing team and are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our international campaigns. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in managing and scaling international B2B marketing campaigns, especially in the US, UK, and EMEA regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, building brand visibility, and driving pipeline growth through data-driven digital strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute global digital marketing strategies with focus on US, UK, and EMEA markets. Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email, Content Marketing, Webinars, etc.). Create region-specific campaigns and landing pages tailored to cultural and market dynamics. Drive targeted lead generation and nurture campaigns for mid to enterprise-level clients. Collaborate with business development teams to align marketing efforts with regional sales goals. Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify positioning and targeting opportunities. Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs. Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar). Build brand awareness through content strategies, case studies, thought leadership, and social media. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and development. Required Skills and Experience: 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years targeting international markets (US/UK/EMEA). Proven expertise in B2B lead generation and performance marketing for SaaS, IT services, or technology sectors. Hands-on experience with global campaign management tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc. Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, marketing automation, analytics (GA4, Looker Studio), and CRM platforms. Strong understanding of digital buyer journeys and content funnels across international geographies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to create compelling copy and content briefs. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads and Analytics certifications. Experience working with US/UK/EMEA enterprise clients. Familiarity with regional compliance and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR for EMEA).
