Role & responsibilities Manage & Optimize Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , Google Ads , YouTube , and LinkedIn Ads . Track performance metrics, analyze results, and implement optimizations for better ROI and lead generation. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Monitor lead quality and cost per acquisition (CPA). Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates across platforms. Website Management: Update and maintain website content using WordPress . Ensure landing pages are optimized for performance, SEO, and lead capture. Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and feedback. Collaborate with Graphic Designers to develop compelling creatives and ad visuals. Preferred candidate profile 24 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid ads. Strong command of ad platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager . Working knowledge of WordPress . Proven ability to generate leads and optimize campaigns based on data. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
