Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Industry: Information Technology (App & Website Development) Location: Noida Sector 63 Experience Required: 45 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, enhance our online presence, and generate qualified leads for our app and website development services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies tailored for the IT industry, particularly in promoting B2B software services and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote mobile app development, website development, and other IT services. Plan campaigns across digital platforms to generate high-quality leads and increase brand visibility. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization. Collaborate with developers and content teams to improve website performance and search engine ranking. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Ads Management: Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns. Monitor and optimize ROI on paid marketing efforts. Content Marketing: Oversee blog strategy, case studies, newsletters, and other content tailored for the tech audience. Work closely with content writers and designers to produce engaging content. Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Promote case studies, project launches, client testimonials, etc. Email Marketing & Automation: Plan and execute drip campaigns for nurturing leads. Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc. Generate and present regular performance reports and insights. Collaboration & Team Leadership: Coordinate with sales, development, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. Manage and mentor junior marketers or interns as needed. Add the following as well under Strategy & Planning: Demonstrated expertise in generating location-based leads through geographic targeting and analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially in the IT or tech industry. In-depth understanding of digital channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, and email marketing. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns in the tech/services domain. Preferred: Experience marketing mobile applications or web development services.
