We are a boutique kids’ fashion consultancy brand offering personalized styling, fashion direction, and brand strategy services. With a niche focus on children’s fashion (ages 0–16), we merge creativity with data-driven strategies to build impactful brands and experiences. Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and SEO. This role will be central to scaling our digital presence, generating quality leads, and driving customer acquisition through paid and organic channels. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing & Lead Generation: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms Build and manage sales funnels for lead generation via landing pages, forms, and automation tools Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and cost per lead (CPL) Continuously test and improve creatives, targeting, copy, and CTAs SEO & Content Strategy: Lead on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve organic visibility and search rankings Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices Track rankings, traffic, and performance metrics using Google Analytics/Search Console Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals Own the digital marketing calendar, budget, and performance dashboards Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and algorithm updates Support social media, influencer campaigns, and email automation as needed Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing Proven track record in lead generation and campaign scaling Strong command of tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRM systems Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills Preferred: Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or parenting brands Familiarity with kidswear trends and parent-focused messaging Knowledge of funnel building tools like ClickFunnels, Webflow, or Leadpages
