Job Description

As a Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist at HexaScal Technologies, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our digital marketing strategy to enhance our online visibility, optimize SEO efforts, and drive targeted traffic to our website. This role demands a blend of marketing expertise and technical know-how to optimize digital marketing initiatives across various channels effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and boost visibility on major search engines. Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy, optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search campaigns. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including setup, ongoing adjustments, and performance analysis to maximize return on investment (ROI). Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and publication processes. Coordinate with the social media team to align SEO strategies with social media marketing initiatives. Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in SEO and digital marketing, including changes in search engine algorithms and advancements in marketing technology. Generate and present monthly reports on marketing campaign performance, offering insights to optimize future strategies. Work alongside web developers and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are effectively implemented in newly developed code and features. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and SEO, with a proven track record of enhancing search engine rankings and driving traffic. Expertise in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, along with proficiency in keyword research tools. Experience with content management systems (like WordPress) and a strong grasp of HTML/CSS fundamentals. Knowledge of and experience with managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads. Excellent analytical skills with an ability to mine data to inform decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across various departments. A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
