Heres what you will do – Develop execute innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition Manage relationships with ad networks and publishers to negotiate rates and oversee campaign delivery and results Lead and manage full-funnel experiments from ideation to implementation and analysis, identifying opportunities for business scaling. Identify and test new growth platforms, channels, and partnerships to expand our reach and impact. Collaborate with Data Analytics and Product teams to ensure alignment and leverage cross-functional opportunities for growth. establish and maintain dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Tableau to track and report on growth Apply A/B testing other experimental methods to refine marketing strategies and drive decision-making. Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in growth What are we looking for – Proven track record in driving user acquisition, growth, and data-driven marketing strategies. Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Tableau). Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Desired Skills- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Publishers, media planning, Programmatic or Search (Facebook, Google Ads etc.) Can-do attitude - keen to learn new skills, pro-active, and takes ownership over tasks. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
