Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and versatile Digital Marketing expert to drive and execute our SEO strategies, manage SEM and SMO efforts, and support AI-driven search optimization and inbound marketing initiatives aimed at generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate is a hybrid strategist - tactician and will have a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and SMO best practices, alongside experience optimizing content for emerging AI-driven search experiences (LLM Search / AI Optimization). This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities across multiple digital channels to improve visibility, drive traffic, and convert leads. Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Primary Focus: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) to increase organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions. Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis for both organic and paid search opportunities. Perform on-page optimization (meta tags, content, headers, internal linking, image optimization). Manage technical SEO aspects (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, structured data). Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies (link building, content promotion). Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and leads within budget. Conduct keyword research, analysis, and bidding strategy development for PPC campaigns. Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for paid search campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEM campaign performance, focusing on metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS. Social Media Optimization (SMO) & Organic Social: Optimize social media profiles and content for discoverability within social platforms and search engines. Analyze social media performance and use insights to refine strategies. Collaborate on organic social media content strategy to support SEO, content promotion, and lead generation efforts. AI-Driven Search Optimization (AIO / LLM SEO): Stay informed about the evolving landscape of AI-driven search (e.g., Google SGE, AI Overviews, Perplexity) and its impact on visibility. Optimize website content and structure to improve the likelihood of inclusion in AI-generated summaries and answers. Leverage semantic search principles and structured data to enhance content understanding by LLMs. Collaborate with content and dev teams to incorporate schema markup, topic clustering, and entity-based optimization strategies. Monitor and experiment with strategies to maintain visibility in AI-powered search environments. Inbound Marketing & Lead Generation: Contribute to the development and execution of integrated inbound marketing campaigns. Develop and implement CRO strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates. Collaborate on content strategy, creating SEO-driven content (blogs, landing pages, ebooks, etc.) for lead generation and nurturing. Optimize website elements and landing pages for conversion (CRO) through A/B testing and analysis. Analyze and report on overall inbound marketing performance, focusing on lead generation and conversion metrics across channels. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role with strong, hands-on experience in SEO and SEM. In-depth knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page), SEM (PPC campaign management, bidding strategies), and SMO principles. Familiarity with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog. Experience integrating SEO/SEM with overall funnel strategy and attribution modeling. Working knowledge of GA4 and data layer implementation. Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools. Understanding of how AI and LLMs are impacting search and content discovery (AIO/GEO). Experience with keyword research for both SEO and SEM. Experience integrating SEO/SEM with overall funnel strategy and attribution modeling. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and structured data as they relate to SEO and AIO. Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot). Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and reporting capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to new technologies and trends. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points): Experience in the SaaS sector. Experience with B2B content strategy and funnel-based marketing. Comfortable presenting strategy and performance to non-technical stakeholders. Advanced certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO/SEM platforms). Experience with programmatic advertising or social media advertising. Proven experience specifically in optimizing content for AI search experiences. Familiarity with video SEO (YouTube, Shorts, Reels) or podcast SEO as emerging discovery channels.
