Job Title: Social-Media & SEO Specialist Location: Kolkata Experience: 3-5 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Social-Media & SEO Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media campaigns, optimizing SEO strategies, and executing blended marketing initiatives that integrate organic and paid strategies across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management: Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.) to boost engagement. Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.). Run paid social campaigns to drive traffic and lead generation. 2. SEO & Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for organic search. Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve search rankings. Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and website copy. Track and improve website domain authority, backlinks, and SERP rankings. 3. Blended Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns combining organic and paid tactics. Optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) alongside SEO efforts. Leverage email marketing, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing to enhance brand presence. Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in social media management and SEO. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and PPC strategies. Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics & reporting tools. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in content marketing Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.). Prior experience in blended marketing strategies integrating social, search, and paid campaigns.
