We are looking for a result-oriented and highly skilled in Digital marketing Specialist with prior experience working on NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) and Stock Market. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, AI-based SEO tools, Social Media Planning, Google Ads, SEM tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs and others related to SEO, and should have a proven track record in improving keyword rankings and organic traffic. Leadership skills and complete ownership of SEO strategy and execution are essential. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Take complete ownership of SEO for the company s websites, landing pages, and content platforms. Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, internal linking, content structure, schema, and keyword placements. Perform regular technical audits of the website and coordinate with developers to fix issues related to crawlability, page speed, mobile responsiveness, etc. Conduct extensive keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Plan and execute SEO campaigns tailored for NBFC related audiences. Monitor and improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates. Analyze competitors and develop strategies to outperform them in search results. AI & Automation Integration: Leverage AI-powered tools and automation workflows for tasks such as keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking to enhance efficiency and accurac. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation in the finance sector. Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Collaborate with content, tech, and design teams to implement SEO best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing strategies. Social Media Planning: Plan and schedule social media posts that align with campaign goals and brand tone. Content Creation: Ideate catchy taglines, hooks, and captions for creatives and ad copies, tailored to different platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Creative Conceptualization: Provide briefs and direction for creative designs based on SEO, seasonal themes, and campaign insights. Benefits Requirements: Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing in a performance-driven role. Domain Knowledge: Experience in the finance or NBFC domain is strongly preferred. Tools Proficiency: Strong command over SEO and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Data Studio, etc. Content Sense: Understanding of creative communication and content hooks for social media and ad campaigns. Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics, website CMS (WordPress, etc.), and technical SEO audits. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. Adaptability: Comfortable using AI tools and staying agile in a fast-paced digital environment
