Experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for the Overseas Education Industry located in Chennai : Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – Overseas Education Industry Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Digital Marketing (preferably in the Education or EdTech sector) Reporting To: Director: Marketing Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and manage performance-driven digital marketing campaigns to increase student enrollment and brand visibility. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn tailored to reach parents, students, and working professionals. Execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for courses and programs. Develop and manage engaging content for email campaigns, social media platforms, blogs, and landing pages. Drive marketing automation and lead nurturing using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc. Work with design and academic teams to create compelling creatives, videos, and promotional materials. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and student behavior insights. Manage online reputation by engaging with reviews, student feedback, and queries on social media and listing platforms. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduates with experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in the education or EdTech sector. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Ads, and content strategy. Experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, and CRM tools. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make strategic decisions based on performance. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Tag Manager, and video editing software is a plus.
