Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive conversions across various online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Formulate and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, to achieve business objectives. Content Creation & Management: Develop and curate engaging content—such as blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters—that resonates with our audience and aligns with brand messaging. SEO & SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage PPC campaigns to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create content calendars, and engage with followers to build a strong online community. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive branding and alignment with business goals. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency in campaign execution. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
