Role OverviewWe are looking for a Facebook and Google Ads Expert who will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to generate high-quality student leads and enhance brand visibility. This role is crucial for scaling our digital presence and admissions funnel. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation.Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation for precise targeting.Develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and A/B testing strategies.Monitor daily campaign performance and ROI, and adjust bids and budgets for better CPL (cost per lead).Set up conversion tracking, analytics, and regular reporting (via GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.).Collaborate with content, admissions, and tech teams to ensure smooth funnel flow from ad to inquiry.Stay updated with the latest ad trends, platform updates, and competitors' digital strategies.SEO optimization and blog uploading. Requirements2–4 years of proven experience managing Facebook and Google Ads with measurable lead generation results.Strong grasp of PPC metrics, ad copywriting, targeting strategies, and funnel optimization.Proficient in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.Ability to work with landing page tools and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.Experience in the education or ed-tech sector is preferred but not mandatory.Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approach.
