We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who excels in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, including social media marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, ETC Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for various digital platforms. Plan, implement, and monitor social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Optimize marketing efforts for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic. Design and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other platforms. Content Strategy and Marketing: Collaborate with content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, and ads. Identify content trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Campaign Management: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation and ROI goals. Track and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools and optimize for better results. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and audience behavior. Provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and align with business objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with lead generation and conversion goals. Coordinate with design, development, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Performance Reporting: Create detailed marketing performance reports. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and paid advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Proficient in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar. Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve marketing challenges. Preferred Skills: Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing approaches. Knowledge of marketing trends in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., fleet management, IoT].
