Job Description

Location - Bandra, Mumbai Role & Responsibilities As a Digital Marketing Strategist , you will own the paid media performance, search engine visibility, and website optimization strategies across digital channels. You will work with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure brand visibility, traffic, and conversion growth. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Media Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions. Develop audience segmentation strategies and A/B testing plans to maximize ad ROI. Manage budget allocations and ensure CPA, ROAS, and CTR goals are consistently achieved. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct regular SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization . Work with developers and content creators to improve technical SEO, metadata, and internal linking . Monitor keyword rankings, site health, and organic traffic performance via Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs . Website & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Collaborate with web teams to improve site UX/UI, page speed, and funnel performance . Use Google Analytics, Hotjar, or GA4 to identify user behavior patterns and recommend CRO tactics. Monitor bounce rates, dwell time, and conversion paths to inform strategic changes. Analytics, Reporting & Growth Strategy Develop and maintain detailed performance reports and dashboards. Translate insights into actionable strategy updates across paid and organic channels. Stay on top of industry trends, Google algorithm changes, and ad platform updates . Qualifications & Experience 4 - 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, SEO, and performance campaigns . Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Search Console, Analytics (UA & GA4), and Tag Manager . Experience with e-commerce or high-volume consumer platforms is preferred . Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Familiarity with HTML basics, website CMS platforms (like WordPress/Shopify) , and landing page tools. Analytical thinker with a track record of building data-driven strategies and increasing ROI.
