The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and driving impactful campaigns that position as a leader in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and manage multi-channel marketing strategies, focusing on e-commerce growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid search, social media, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with business goals. SEO & SEM: Optimize the Vimal Oils website and other digital properties for search engines and run effective paid search campaigns to boost traffic and conversions. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Measure the success of all digital marketing activities, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging and informative content that supports marketing objectives, while enhancing SEO. Social Media Management: Lead the social media strategy, growing Vimal Oils presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and running paid social campaigns to engage with target audiences. Email/ Whatsapp Marketing: Plan and execute email and whatsapp marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and customer loyalty, utilizing segmentation, personalization, and automation. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product development, and design teams to ensure that all digital initiatives are aligned with broader company objectives. Innovation: Continuously test and explore new marketing channels and strategies to drive growth, improve engagement, and enhance customer experience.
