Location: Delhi / Hyderabad Experience: 7 12 Years CTC: 10 25 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Overview: As a Digital Operations Manager , you will be a key member of the Global Digital Marketing Team , reporting to the Global Digital Marketing Lead . Your primary focus will be providing strategic guidance and operational support for our multiple websites, blogs, accessibility standards, and analytics . You will collaborate with digital marketing and communications colleagues globally and across various practices, regions, and functions to drive innovation and enhance our digital marketing strategies . Key Responsibilities: CMS Strategy & Performance : Oversee the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS platform , including the firms main website, microsites, toolkits, and client portal. Website Restructure Project : Act as a key stakeholder in the firm’s website restructuring project , contributing technical and UX expertise and managing digital agencies. Enhancements & Feature Development : Continuously improve the user experience and develop new features to enhance client engagement. Personalization & A/B Testing : Develop a strategy for Adobe Target , implementing A/B testing to optimize marketing campaign results. Landing Page Optimization : Create campaign-led landing pages and enhance user journeys to maximize engagement. Accessibility Standards : Strive to achieve high accessibility standards across all digital platforms. SEO Execution : Lead and execute the firm’s SEO strategy , collaborating with internal teams and external SEO agencies to meet KPIs. CMS Roadmap Development : Define CMS enhancement roadmaps for the next 3-6-9 months in collaboration with the digital team. Content Quality & Training : Ensure best practices in content management, oversee quality control , and train content editors. Agency & Stakeholder Management : Proactively manage relationships with development agencies, IT teams, and Adobe Support . Operational Roadmap : Track resource availability, challenges, and opportunities in the execution of digital initiatives . What You Will Do: Play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s digital-first approach. Collaborate across teams, regions, and functions . Lead the website, microsites, and client portal . Use data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making . Required Experience & Skills: Must-Have Experience: CMS Expertise : Extensive experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on both technical and content aspects. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of HTML, SEO, and UX best practices. Analytics Proficiency : Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics . Stakeholder Engagement : Excellent ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Project Management : Experience leading CMS implementation and enhancement projects . Audience Targeting & Engagement : Strong experience in persona-driven audience targeting . AEM Authoring Expertise : Creating and managing website structures. Handling tag structure and website taxonomy . Migrating content between environments. Setting up website pages and managing digital assets . Team Leadership : Experience managing content authors and training them in AEM content operations. Agile Framework Experience : Strong background in working as a Product Owner within Agile Scrum frameworks using Jira, Rally, or TFS . IT Operations Management : Experience collaborating with IT support teams to manage website uptime and service incidents . Nice-to-Have Experience: AEM Component Testing : Basic experience testing AEM components in Touch UI & Classic UI . Web Accessibility Compliance : Familiarity with tools like Siteimprove/SilkTide to ensure accessibility compliance. Cookie Compliance : Knowledge of implementing cookie compliance solutions (e.g., OneTrust). System Integrations : Exposure to integrating AEM with CRM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target .
