Role & responsibilities Drive the sales of DPS application in the assigned region and support application team and front sales for technical quotes. Responsible for Review of customer specifications & prepare complete costing and technical proposal in coordination with DPS APAC team. Participate in customer meetings to provide technical support to the sales managers. Support Field service as required for Installation and Commissioning Provide customer and market feedback to product management to support new development for new applications. Participate in Order Transfer Meeting, Support Project and Engineering Team during execution of Projects. Generate Technical Specification and Receive quotation from Suppliers for purchased items. Standardization of Technical Quotes and scope. Responsible for the development of the technical and commercial proposals for retrofits and new projects Enhance customer satisfaction through timely services and better technical support and services. Ensure compliance to QEOHS process as per ISO system. Regular submission of Master Information System of customers to DPS APAC. Preferred candidate profile BE with Mechanical Engineering/Instrumentation engineering with min 10-15 years of experience in machine protection system / condition monitoring system. Vibration Analysist Level II as minimum. Previous Customer service experience in field support in Refineries, Petrochemicals, fertilizers, Industrial Gas segment with reciprocating, compressors and rotating machinery of similar industries Good Know how of Vibration Monitoring and condition monitoring on Rotating and Static Machines. Understanding of Global standards in Machine Protection & Condition Monitoring Special Requirements: Good technical knowhow of Rotating Equipment Machine Protection & Monitoring System Techniques in industry. Close coordination with OEMs and EPCs. Willingness to travel KPI's Meet the financial targets. On time submission of offers, support Front Sales for conducting on time OTM. Standardisation of offers. Training for Internal and External customers.
