Summary: Designation: Digital Services Sales Engineer Location: Mumbai Bangalore Department: Sales Business Development Reporting To: National Sales Head Job Summary: Secutech Automation India Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Digital Services Sales Engineer to drive the sales strategy for digital transformation solutions. This role will focus on selling Cloud-Based - IoT, Building Management Systems (BMS), Video Management, Access Control, Identity Management, and Cybersecurity Services within the Connected Real Estate (CRE) and Smart Cities sector. The candidate will play a key role in building a sales pipeline and converting prospects into long-term subscribers of Secutech s digital services. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to position Secutech s digital transformation services as a preferred solution for smart buildings and connected real estate. Customer Acquisition Sales Pipeline: Identify, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of customers for cloud-based IoT, BMS, Video Management, Access Control, and Identity Management services. Business Development: Engage with Smart City initiatives, Municipal Corporations, Real Estate Developers, Facility Management Companies, Industrial Estates, and IT Parks to drive business growth. Solution Selling: Conduct consultative sales to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions that address pain points in digital transformation. Technical Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with internal technical teams to provide demonstrations, proofs of concept, and deep technical expertise to prospective clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CTOs, Facility Managers, IT Heads, and Security Officers. Collaboration with Product Teams: Provide market insights and customer feedback to product development teams to enhance service offerings. Market Research Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to differentiate Secutech s solutions. Sales Reporting Metrics: Track sales performance, revenue growth, and customer adoption through CRM tools and regular reporting. Key Qualifications Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related fields) or MBA with a technical background. Experience: 5+ years of experience in IoT, BMS, Access Control, Video Management, Cybersecurity, or Smart Building Solutions sales. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud computing, IoT architectures, building automation, cybersecurity, and integrated security solutions. Sales Expertise: Proven track record in solution selling, consultative sales, and business development in the real estate technology domain. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with smart cities, real estate tech, facility management, and municipal corporation needs. Communication Negotiation: Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to engage with enterprise customers. Self-Starter Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
