The Role As a Digital Solutions Consultant with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc The role will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement efforts, adhering to governance structures, and assisting in reporting tasks. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to grow within the organization.Understand and contribute to project management and business processes.Provide ideas and insights for strategic planning.Support senior staff in implementing strategic initiatives.Continuous Improvement:Strive for high-quality performance and take initiative in an ongoing effort to improve.Be open to feedback and show willingness to learn and improve.Identify and discuss problems, and suggest potential improvements.Governance:Understand the vision and strategy of the organization.Contribute to governance related discussions and provide insights.Reporting:Assist in documenting processes and tracking measures.Communicate effectively with team members and superiors.Show willingness to learn about labor laws and resource management trends.Skills Required :Agile, Scrum Master, someone who has worked on Digital Strategy-Road maps, Digital Process, DPR, BPR.Someone from Consulting background is preferred.Someone who is Business Analyst will also work.This is an Individual Contributor role. About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.Work experience of 3-7 years.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to think outside the box.Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
