Job Location: PUNE (Baner) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, financial reporting, and auditing procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. • Manage financial audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements for the company. • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations on financial performance, budget variances, and cash flow projections. • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records, in line with accounting standards and legal requirements. • Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders. • Manage the preparation and filing of statutory returns, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings. • Monitor internal controls and identify areas for improvement to enhance financial processes. • Assist in the preparation of business plans, forecasts, and budgets. • Keep up to date with changing accounting regulations and tax laws. Qualifications: • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (India or equivalent). • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management. • Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel. • Excellent understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication skills and ability to interact with senior management. • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines. • Immediate availability to join or notice period of fewer than 30 days is preferred.
