Job Description

We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Premium Product Direct Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-value customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales for our premium products. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities • Proactively identify and target potential high-value customers for premium product offerings. Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain premium clients. Deliver persuasive sales presentations to educate customers about product features and benefits. Maintain a deep understanding of the premium product portfolio and industry trends. Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of premium products. Provide feedback and insights from customers to support product development and improvement. Attend networking events and actively promote the companys premium products. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 2-6 years of experience in direct sales, preferably selling premium or high-value products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events. Preferred Attributes Experience in industries like luxury goods, financial services, or high-end technology products.
