Oversee Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Fulfillment processes. Drive compliance with technology standards and optimize service capacity planning. Influence key stakeholders across a global organization and enhance customer experience through process improvements. Leverage AI/GenAI knowledge to identify and implement automation opportunities. What We’re Looking For: 12+ years of experience in service delivery management (managed services). Strong ITIL expertise and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality measures. Proven leadership in managing budgets, financial planning, and talent development. A strategic mindset to enhance CMDB accuracy and drive operational excellence.
