- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align withcompany objectives, market trends, and customer needs. - Content Creation and Management: Lead the creation of impactful content such as blogposts, case studies, white papers, and videos, tailored to our target audience. - Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing,social media, to generate leads and enhance online visibility. - Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to inform marketing strategies, identifytrends, and understand competitor activities. - Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies (Inbound and Outbound) andcollaborate with the sales team to nurture and convert prospects. - Event Management: Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, and other events to promote ourbrand and drive engagement. - Analyst Relations: Manage relations and visibility with key industry analysts and influencers Requirements - Hands-on leader who can work with a slim team and build the team (Internally + Externally) - 8-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a flavor of Product Marketing(Experience in contact center automation, CPaaS, Voice Bots, is great to have) - Exposure to international marketing is an advantage - Experience in managing paid as well as organic campaigns - Managed B2B ratings and review platforms like Clutch, Software suggest, etc. - Agile and open to facing the volatile nature of a maturing startup Manage marketing budgetseffectively to maximize ROI and meet business objectives.Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
