They are responsible for ensuring that the property is clean and well-maintained. 2. Staff management: Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff. 3. Cleaning procedures: Develop and implement cleaning procedures for rooms and public areas. 4. Inventory and supplies: Manage inventory and supplies, and order cleaning supplies. 5. Guest satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to complaints and providing excellent customer service. 6. Safety and hygiene: Ensure best practices regarding safety and hygiene. 7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures. 8. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction with other duties. 9. Participate in management meetings. 10. Contribute data and reports on financial and productivity. 11. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 12. Should be able to set a positive example for guest relations, understand the brands service culture. 13.Participates in the development and implementation of corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction. 14.Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service. 15. Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement. Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints. 16.
