Job Description- Director Brief about the Team We are hiring for a unique setup of Retail, where we offer best-in-class pharmacy, diagnostics, and e-consultation under one roof. The team is responsible for In-Store operations execution, fulfilling error-free medicine dispensing, in-store Product Management C the best-in-class In-store customer experience. The team closely works with Warehousing, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to Identify customer requirements and fulfill them with quality and commitment. What will you do • Sales Team Leadership • Oversee and guide the sales team across multiple cities to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. • Establish clear sales KPIs and monitor performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. • Store Infrastructure & Maintenance • Manage the store infrastructure team to ensure timely maintenance and adherence to safety and quality standards. • Drive initiatives to improve store layouts and ensure optimal functionality of all facilities. • Visual Merchandising • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and effective in-store promotions. • Training & Development • Oversee the training team to ensure employees are well-trained in customer service, product knowledge, and store operations. • Develop programs to upskill staff and maintain a motivated and high-performing team. • Retail Operations Management • Ensure all stores operate efficiently and profitably, adhering to company standards and policies. • Regularly analyze store performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. • Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to align operational goals with overall business objectives. • Act as a key liaison between store teams and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives. What we are looking for • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. • 8-10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and multi-city teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • Leadership skills with a knack for driving collaboration across teams.
