Overview : The Director of Revenue Cycle Management for Dental/Medical Billing plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the entire revenue cycle process related to dental/medical billing. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the US healthcare system, dental billing practices, and proficiency in managing teams working in the US shift. Responsibilities: Visionary Leadership: Develop and articulate a compelling vision and mission for the dental RCM organization. Formulate and execute strategic initiatives that align with industry trends and client needs. Drive informed decision-making to propel the growth and success of the company. Team Building: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team. Provide mentorship and guidance to senior executives and staff. Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages collaboration and growth. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless and effective functioning of revenue cycle processes. Implement best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Financial Stewardship: Manage the financial health of the organization through meticulous budgeting and financial planning. Monitor key financial metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability. Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dental practices, healthcare providers, and clients. Tailor RCM services to meet client needs, consistently delivering exceptional service. Collaborate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changes in medical billing regulations, coding guidelines, and compliance requirements. Ensure that the dental RCM processes align with industry standards and regulations. Spearhead comprehensive compliance programs within the organization. Innovation and Technology Leadership: Keep abreast of technological advancements in dental RCM and healthcare IT. Foster an innovative culture, evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies for efficiency. Team Empowerment: Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization. Ensure compliance with robust risk management protocols. Performance Excellence: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational success. Regularly assess and report on the performance of the dental RCM organization, implementing corrective actions as needed. Qualifications : Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management. In-depth knowledge of US healthcare regulations and dental billing practices. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using dental billing software and related technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Working Conditions: Full-time position, US shift hours.
