In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for: Representing Exterros entire suite of e-discovery, privacy, digital forensics and Legal GRC software products. Uncovering Enterprise opportunities and aligning the clients future vision with Exterro’s differentiated capabilities. Focusing on the enterprise and public sector sale and large subscription deals where the sales cycle is deep, wide and complex. The location of this position is preferably in India. Key Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Achieve quarterly and annual quotas as set forth by management. 2. Maximize sales productivity through consistent following of defined sales processes. 3. Remain educated and demonstrate competency on the growing E-Discovery, Privacy, Digital Forensics and Legal GRC marketplace and Exterro’s products and product roadmaps. 4. Develop effective relationships with partners to collaboratively drive additional revenue. 5. Keep Salesforce up-to-date and accurate at all times. 6. Contribute to all marketing campaigns as part of your strategy within the MEA territory. 7. Manage expense reports within the agreed upon terms set forth by management. 8. Actively participate in leadership meetings and interact with the Product and Marketing teams on a regular basis to enhance Exterro’s products and market position. 9. Represent Exterro at industry events. 10. Any other relevant tasks as assigned by management. Education & Experience Extensive experience in selling enterprise software to corporations, both IT and legal. Demonstrate a strong network in the Government, legal and corporate space. Basic understanding of contracts, terms and conditions and solid negotiation skills as well as strong closing skills. Ability to work remotely out of a home office. Ability to use Saleforce.com or other CRM tools. Understanding of responding to RFI and RFP’s. Driven by targets, ability to run fast and help a market leader extend its lead. Must be willing to travel 30-50% of the time. Must be a strong team player, open to new ideas, highly motivated with a positive attitude, coordinate well with marketing and national sales teams.
