Job Profile: Leads in the development of the region s business strategies Maximizes profitability and revenue by directing the region s operations (including rooms and food beverage. Controls costs by adhering to standards of operations for forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, payroll control and other expense management systems for the region. Develops and implements people management strategies. Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Provides employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver seamless service and teamwork. Adheres to resort policies and procedures Communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Should have handled Owner Management for multi units. At all times projects a favourable image of the Resort to the public. Assists in the development in the business plan and ensures the resorts have an overall understanding of their goals and objectives. REQUIREMENTS 10+ years of Hospitality experience Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as Multi Unit General Manager. Hotel Management degree preferred. Experience managing owner Properties. Able to collaborate and resolve conflicts. Strong strategic planning and execution abilities. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial and operational targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of industry regulations and trends.
