Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Taking GRN (Goods receipt note) of all purchase invoices. 2. Preparation of Sales order, Delivery challan and Tax Invoice. 3. Co-ordinate and manage the dispatch of goods and services. 4. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. 5. Monitor and track shipments, providing status/updates as needed. 6. Communicate effectively with logistics providers, drivers, and warehouse staff. 7. Co-ordinate with Hydra/Forklift/truck drivers for smooth loading/unloading. 8. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and prepare necessary reports. 9. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the dispatch process. 10.Good communication skill and computer Knowledge is must. 11.Working in SAP software is an added advantage. 12.Any other works assigned by the management related to inventory, dispatch and warehousing. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Qualifications: Graduate with any stream Experience in dispatch/Store/warehousing. Competencies required: Computer knowledge is must.
