Job Title: Dispatch Executive Company: Parshvanath Marble & Stone Industry: Marble, Tiles, Natural Stone, and CP Fittings Location: Valsad, Gujarat Reporting To: Operations Manager / Store Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Parshvanath Marble & Stone is looking for a reliable and detail-orientated dispatch executive to manage and coordinate the daily dispatch of materials such as marble slabs, tiles, natural stones, and CP fittings. The candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate deliveries, coordination with transporters and loading teams, and ensuring proper documentation and packaging. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch & Delivery Coordination: Plan and schedule dispatches as per sales orders and delivery timelines. Coordinate with the sales, packing, and store teams to ensure timely material readiness. Allocate transportation (tempo/truck/lorry) based on product size, weight, and destination. Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods with correct packaging and handling instructions. Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare and verify all dispatch-related documents including delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, LR (lorry receipt), and e-way bills. Maintain dispatch records, transport entries, and delivery status updates. Update ERP/dispatch register with accurate data on dispatched materials. Transporter & Customer Coordination: Liaise with transporters for vehicle arrangement, route planning, and delivery confirmation. Communicate with customers regarding dispatch status, delivery schedules, and any delays. Resolve issues related to delayed or damaged deliveries in coordination with the concerned departments. Inventory & Stock Management: Assist in stock movement tracking and inventory updates. Conduct periodic checks to ensure product availability and correct dispatch quantities. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (preferably in tiles, marble, building materials, or hardware industry). Strong knowledge of dispatch processes, transportation coordination, and documentation. Basic understanding of billing systems, e-way bill generation, and logistics software/ERP. Good communication and coordination skills. Education: Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any relevant field.
