Job Title: Dispatch Executive Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Reports To: Plant Head Department: Dispatch Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch planning, final inspection coordination, and production alignment as per customers' monthly schedules. The role involves close coordination with the production and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule daily dispatches as per customer orders and delivery timelines. Supervision of final inspection team to ensure quality-checked products are ready for dispatch. Align with the production department to ensure output meets the dispatch and customer schedule. Monitor inventory and packaging requirements for smooth logistics flow. Maintain dispatch records, documentation, and coordinate with transport partners. Communicate regularly with customers for dispatch status and delivery updates. Ensure compliance with safety and shipping protocols. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with experience in logistics or manufacturing). 24 years of experience in dispatch/logistics in a manufacturing setup. Familiar with production schedules, quality checks, and dispatch documentation. Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems is an advantage.
