Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive channel growth. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in distribution, distributor sales, primary sales, channel sales, or retail sales. Strong understanding of Paint & Building Material Industry dynamics and Consumer behavior. Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with retailers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
